All funds and plans purchased for use in Food @ Fleming's Dining Halls are for the personal use of the owner of the account or plan only and are non-transferable. The Food @ Fleming funds and plans cannot be used as a gift card or gift certificate. Except as otherwise expressly stated in these terms, all Food @ Fleming funds and plans are refundable however any applicable taxes and administration fees will be assessed and any outstanding balances must be paid. Funds do not expire and may be carried over to the following semester, however the tax-free status on such plans may be affected.
